New Albany third-grader grows ginormous cabbage

So, this kid, Carter Hall,  grew a 16.8 pound cabbage. That is not a misprint.  He was randomly selected by the  Mississippi Agriculture Department and will receive a $1,000 saving bond toward education from Bonnie Plants‘ Cabbage Program.
