Brick & Spoon, the breakfast spot we told you about last month was opening in Tupelo and Oxford, will be having a job fair for its Oxford location next Thursday, May 24.
As a reminder of who and what Brick & Spoon is, here’s a blurb from that earlier story:
The regional chain, which got its start in 2013 in Lafayette, Louisiana, serves, according to its website, “high-quality southern experience for those who want accessible and upscale breakfast, brunch and lunch dining.”
Travel & Leisure picked the chain as having one of the top 10 breakfasts in the U.S. in 2014.
In Tupelo, Brick & Spoon will be located in the new addition recently built at Crye-Leike Plaza on North Gloster Street. In Oxford, Brick & Spoon will be located at 1801 W. Jackson Ave., Suite D-12.
Next week’s job fair at the Courtyard by Marriott in Oxford will be from noon to 7 p.m. Full- and part-time positions are available for a variety of areas including servers, line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers and cashiers.

Darren and Kayla Stafford are the franchise owners, and plan to open the Oxford location in June, followed by the Tupelo location in the fall.
