Fifty-five people have been hired at the new Zaxby’s restaurant in Tupelo, and they’ve been training all week to get ready for their big day, which many of you have been waiting for.
Sone lucky friends and family have been treated to Zaxby’s menu over the weekend, but the rest of the public will get a chance starting Monday morning at 10:30.
Hours of the restaurant will be 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, but during football season, it’ll stay open until 11 p.m.
And the first 100 people will get a free meal a week for a year, starting Sept. 11. Each week, the restaurant has a particular meal that will be featured, and you’ll have that week to get it. If you miss getting that meal for that week … well, you just miss it, sorry.
The restaurant is located in the Tupelo Crossroads development at the intersection of Barnes Crossing Road and North Gloster. It’s behind the building that’s home to Aspen Dental, Which Wich and Pyro’s Pizza. You can’t miss it since it’s barnyard red.
We got a special sneak peek at the restaurant – and got a great grilled chicken salad , too – so here are a few photos to share.
