It opened up a little later than planned, but that didn’t keep Fox’s Pizza Den from having a packed lunchtime crowd today, it’s official opening.
The 3,500-square-foot restaurant anchors one end of The Market Center, the building on Coley Road next to the Tupelo Furniture Market that’s also home to Core Cycle & Outdoor, AT&T and Gilpin Cleaners.
The address is 1685 N. Coley Road in Tupelo. Here’s their Facebook page.
The restaurant was originally scheduled to open late last year, but we all know construction timetables don’t always work out.
Nevertheless, Fox’s had a soft opening on Monday and opened its doors at 11 a.m. this morning.
Hours for the restaurant are Monday-Thursday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m to 10 p.m. It’s closed on Sunday.
The restaurant hold about 140 people, which included a party room that can seat 25.
Up to six beers on tap are available, plus several other brands in bottles.
Dine-in and carry-out are available, but delivery is not, at least for now.
The menu includes pizza, gourmet pizza, hoagies, stromboli, salads, sides and their famous “wedgies.”
