“We would like to see stores in Aberdeen and Amory because both markets are ideal for development,” said Dan Ducharme, director of franchise development for Little Caesars. “We’ve had strong growth in the last 10 years and want to branch out to smaller areas where the workforce can appreciate our product,”

Nation’s Restaurant News ranked Little Caesars the fastest growing pizza franchise in the U.S. in 2012. In Northeast Mississippi, the company has franchise locations in Tupelo, Starkville, Columbus, Corinth, Booneville, Oxford and Holly Springs.

Privately held Little Caesars is the third-largest pizza chain in the U.S., trailing only Pizza Hut and Domino’s. Last year, Little Caesars pulled in $2.9 billion in sales. Overall, the company is the 19th largest food-service chain in the country, according to NRN. McDonald’s tops the list with $35.6 billion.

Detroit-based Little Caesars  has opened some 450 in the past two years and has nearly 3,700 stores nationwide.

The estimated initial investment required per franchise location ranges from $221,290 to $653,540 for a standard Little Caesars carry-out location.
