Make a difference: Help Le Bonheur’s FedExFamilyHouse

Hey, the Daily Journal and Biz Buzz are all about helping the community, and so we’re happy to pass on the following, a senior project FedExFamilyHouseby Emily Kent, who’s raising money for Le Bonheur’s FedExFamilyHouse.

So give her a hand, will ya?

For our senior project, we’re working with Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital’s FedExFamilyHouse. This house sheltered over 600 families just from Mississippi last year. When you “have a heart for FedExFamilyHouse” by donating money, buying a cookie(s) or donating snacks through our Snack Drive, you are making a huge difference in the lives of these families when they are going through such hardships of having their precious children suffer through sickness at Le Bonheur.

Our snack drive will be November 16th from 10AM-4PM at Loves Truck Stop in Belden, MS. Also, cookies will be sold at Sweet Treats Bakery the week of November 11-15 (that’s this week) and some of the proceeds will go to our project group to buy toiletries for the FedExFamilyHouse.
