We went by Salad Creations this morning and found a “closed” sign taped to the door. It looks like some of the furniture inside also has been removed.

Sadly, it looks like Salad Creations is gone for good.

Wednesday update:

We’ve heard from several of you regarding the status of Salad Creations.

The restaurant posted this on its Facebook page Monday:

“It is hard to fail, but it is worse never to have tried to succeed.” ― Theodore Roosevelt

Final Post. I want to thank everyone from my first customer (McClain Ray) to my last (Chantrea Beck) it’s been fun.

We’ve called the restaurant twice today and it goes to voicemail. We’ll continue to reach out to franchise owner Toby Hester and we’ll swing by and see if there is a sign on the door.

The restaurant in June opened at 3952D North Gloster St., near Bed Bath & Beyond. The space previously was occupied by Southern Ice Cafe.

Read our previous coverage and take a photo tour of the inside of the restaurant (click here).
